What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. This policy ensures the safety and integrity of our natural, eco-friendly formulations.
Can I return an opened or used product?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any products, whether they have been opened or not. We are committed to ensuring all products remain hygienic and safe for all customers.
What if I received the wrong product?
If you received an incorrect product, please contact us immediately at help@mommyandmenaturalremedy.com. We will arrange to send you the correct item at no additional cost.
What if my item arrived damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Provide photos of the damage along with your order number, and we will issue a replacement for the damaged item.
Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer exchanges at this time, as all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
